Chat Communication
- User Grouping: Group users by relevant recipients, creating a hierarchical structure between managers and their employees.
- Populated Contact Lists: Contacts are based on HR system information or manually added through our portal.
- Privacy and Focus: Users only see allowed contacts to minimise non-work related communications.
- Reporting Interface: Each level in the hierarchy can monitor message traffic.
Something that is critical for us is the data analytics at the end of it. From a compliance point of view, that's a big one, because the monitoring of data differentiates the maturity of your compliance program
